Create a Task

Cuando estemos dentro de nuestro ticket tendremos un botón en la esquina interior derecha con un "+", una vez pulsemos ahí These are all the options we have; we will start with the follow-up:

1. Create a task

The task has a lot in common with the follow-up, but you could say it is a bit more complete.

1. Put the task on hold.
2. Public or private task? Maybe your client is not interested in seeing that information.
3. Mark the task as done.
4. Task category.
5. Task duration.
6. Assigned technician.
7. Plan the task.

1.1 Work with an ActualTime

La primera opción de todas será la que nos ayude a contar el tiempo transcurrido desde que enviamos la tarea hasta que la pausamos, para contar el tiempo.

• Iniciaremos el ActualTime, Una vez activado se mirará así: 
  

• En la vista del ticket ahora nos mostrará que tarea está iniciada y cuando tiempo lleva

Si estás en otra pantalla pero pulsas encima te moverá automáticamente a ese punto

Una

Marcarvez que ya tenemos nuestro contador iniciado ahora podremos acceder a la tarea dando así la opción a pausar o dar como hecha la tarea. 

Podrás iniciar y pausar la tarea las veces que consideres necesaria 

Cuando vayas a finalizar una tarea la aplicación te mostrará un mensaje de alerta pidiendote confirmación

También tendrás otra forma de marcar la tarea como hechahecha,

en la vista del ticket tendrás un CheckBox es la esquina superior izquierda 

Una vez que le das al cuadrado te pedirá confirmar la acción 

Entonces una vez que aplicaste el cambio se podrá mirar con o sin la flecha que te indicará si la tarea está terminada o no. 

1.1 Add a planned task (II)

A task can be planned so that, later on, the technician in charge knows what they have to do and can do their job successfully. Users must select a day from the calendar to perform the task.

1. Open the side menu of your task.
2. Navigate to "Plan this task".
3. Select the desired day.

4. Select the start time 

5. Select the task duration

Once you have completed the planning, the information will be displayed as shown here: 

1.3. Upload documents

One of the most powerful features of the application is its integration with your smartphone's native functions: you can upload photos directly from your gallery or take them on the spot.

Multiple files can be selected at once or one at a time. Once the first file is selected, the same screen remains open in case you need to select more files.

1. Open camera.
2. Local files or other sources.
3. Files already selected.
